This is very important to do this right, so we are going to be doing this in stages. Starting with expanding and getting all of the new properties in our windows and on our social media. We will take the information provided by our clients and try and put forward the properties that meet the client's criteria. If we find matching requirements we will then set up viewings. If we can't find anything, we will then look and talk with our collaborators, with this we will see if they have anything new or anything exclusive.
Once we found you the perfect house, and completed all viewings we will then provide a fully legal contract which will be signed by both tenant and landlord. After the signing we will help make sure everything runs smoothly, if there is anything we can do or help you with then we urge all tenants to contact us to make their stay as easy as possible.
